LAS VEGAS + SAN FRANCISCO + NYC = SUCCESS

After traveling for a good 2 weeks to VEGAS / SAN FRAN / NYC, I am back in the studio in ART / DESIGN mode.  The trip was killer and very productive.  First stop was LAS VEGAS for PROJECT, MAGIC, ENK .  The lines looked great and had a chance to connect my guys from CARPE, the line looked very clean and well presented at PROJECT.

I got a chance to connect with long time friend AC PASARELLA from A FRESH TAKE NYC who handles the sales for ENK trade shows.  Their show looked very high-end and the choice of lines were on point and I can't be mad at the free food and drinks in the VIP lounge.  They really know how to treat their people.  Matt Klein, who I worked with when we started CARPE is now over at ABS MENS COLLECTION as the national sales rep.  I had a chance to browse the line which was full with gingham check patterns, chambrays and nicely detailed pieces.

While at S.L.A.T.E. in MAGIC I was able to chat with SKINNER as he was painting live.  Really cool down to earth dude, who had some wise words of knowledge regarding his success in the art world.  I caught a photo of one of his works while out in SF (see below).

FORMAT MAG had a nice visual install with a few of the best event / nightife photograhers in the game.  Long time friend MIDNGHT was one of the featured photographers for the exhibit. They featured a photo he shot of FRANK BELL rocking a loudmouth sticker over his mouth.  What a pleasant surprise.

After Vegas I hopped over to San Francisco to work with the guys at MEDICINE AGENCY.  As you probably saw on the front page, I will be doing my debut solo show with them NOV. 6th.  It was great to work in their studio, see their neighborhood and spec out the galllery.  I cant wait to get back in November.  Special thanks to Rama Mayo, John Lacroix, Sean Desmond and the rest of the guys at MEDS.  Here are some SF photos I was able to catch:
